Authentic Nepali Cuisine
Bandhel Tareko (Fried wild Boar/Pork)
Ingredients
- 800 gm of Wild Boar/Pork
- 15 gm Ginger Paste
- 15 gm Garlic Paste
- 40 ml Mustard Oi1
- 12 gm Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 15 gm Coriander leaf
- 4 Slice Lemon
- 40 gm of Tomato
- 30 gm of Onion
- 40 gm Cumin Powder
- 10 gm Chilly Powder
- 20 gm Bhanchha Ghar Spices
Preparation Method
- Boil teh boar and let it cool, Slice the meat into thin slender pieces. (keeping the pork skin & fat portion intact.)
- Heat oil and saute the meat till it colours brown.
- Now add julienne of onions, tomatoes, cumin powder, Bhanchha Ghar spieces, turmeric powder, ginger & garlic paste chilly powder & salt to taste.

Fry it for 5 minutes and the boar is ready for service.
