Authentic Nepali Cuisine

Bandhel Tareko (Fried wild Boar/Pork)

Ingredients

  • 800 gm of Wild Boar/Pork
  • 15 gm Ginger Paste
  • 15 gm Garlic Paste
  • 40 ml Mustard Oi1
  • 12 gm Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 15 gm Coriander leaf
  • 4 Slice Lemon
  • 40 gm of Tomato
  • 30 gm of Onion
  • 40 gm Cumin Powder
  • 10 gm Chilly Powder
  • 20 gm Bhanchha Ghar Spices

Preparation Method

  1. Boil teh boar and let it cool, Slice the meat into thin slender pieces. (keeping the pork skin & fat portion intact.)
  2. Heat oil and saute the meat till it colours brown.
  3. Now add julienne of onions, tomatoes, cumin powder, Bhanchha Ghar spieces, turmeric powder, ginger & garlic paste chilly powder & salt to taste.
  4. Fry it for 5 minutes and the boar is ready for service.
