Authentic Nepali Cuisine

Chyau Ko Tarkari (Mushroom with Gravy)

Ingredients

  • 200 gm of Mushroom
  • 40 gm of Peas
  • 30 gm Onion
  • 10 gm Ginger Paste
  • 10 gm Garlic Paste
  • 40 ml Oi1
  • 10 gm Turmeric Powder
  • 10 gm Coriander leaf
  • 40 gm of Tomatoes
  • 10 gm Cumin Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 10gm Bhanchha Ghar Spices

Preparation Method

  1. Clean mushroom and slice it into thin pieces.
  2. Boil green peas separately.
  3. Heat oil, sautee the julienne of onion till it browns well.
  4. Now add the mushroom fine chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, green peas, chilly, Bhanchha Ghar spices, salt and cumin powder and cook for few minutes and serve hot.
