Laa wo Lapi
Ingredients
- 250 gms minced meat
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil (One tbspoon to mix with the meat and 1 tbsp to fry)
Instructions
Take a bowl. Mix all ingridents and mix well into a thick paste. Rub oil over the palm. Take one tbspoon of the mixed meat. Make a ball and flatten it lightly and keep aside ( doing the same with all the meat). Take a streamer. smear little oil over the stramer. Boil water. When water boils keep the streamer and cover for 5 mins. When the meat is well steamed, cool it. Take a pan add oil and fry the meat for 3 mins. Serve hot.
